Albert D. Garganigo

Albert D. Garganigo began his distinguished career in law with a major international insurance company, gaining invaluable corporate experience.
He began practicing immigration and nationality law in 1970 and, with Charles M. Goldsmith, founded the firm in 1977.
Born in Italy, Mr. Garganigo is a graduate of Iona College and Fordham University's School of Law (Class of 1966). He has published many articles in Italian and other foreign-language periodicals on the subjects of U.S. immigration law and visa processing.
He has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1968, and has served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and at the present time, as Director of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce.
Currently he is also Director of the American Committee on Italian Migration (ACIM) and serves as Immigration Advisor to the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce.
