Charles M. Goldsmith has been an immigration attorney in NY for almost 40 years and co-founded the firm along with Albert D. Garganigo.

Charles M. Goldsmith is a graduate of Brooklyn College and the University of Illinois Law School (Class of 1969).  He has practiced immigration law for almost forty years.

He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, for which he has chaired several of AILA’s business visa committees.  Mr. Goldsmith’s columns on immigration law have appeared in Kaigai Chuzai, OCS News, Colon, and other Japanese periodicals.  He frequently conducts seminars on business immigration law and visits Japan often. During these visits, Mr. Goldsmith frequently lectures at seminars, meets with the American consuls in Tokyo and Osaka-Kobe, and consults with parent companies of our Japanese clients.
