Brian S. Weiss has been with Garganigo, Goldsmith & Weiss since beginning his legal career in 2004. Mr. Weiss is active in all phases of immigration and nationality law, focusing primarily on employment and family-based immigration, including PERM, nonimmigrant visa processing (such as H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E, TN, etc.), green card and immigrant visa processing, citizenship, DACA, TPS, NACARA, provisional waivers, etc.

Mr. Weiss has conducted lectures and seminars for corporations, religious organizations, community groups, etc. about issues related to immigration & nationality law. He also frequently blogs about current hot topics in U.S. immigration as well as complex issues within the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and other U.S. immigration regulations.

Brian is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a former Group Coordinator of the International Business Group of Gotham City Networking. He lectures and conducts seminars on immigration and nationality law to numerous corporations and organizations. He has continuously been selected as a Rising Star Super Lawyer in the New York Metro area from 2011 – 2019.
