Naturalization

We assist lawful permanent residents who wish to apply for naturalization to U.S. citizenship status by completing the lengthy naturalization application and preparing them for the interview process.

Deportation/Exclusion (Removal Proceedings)

We handle most types of deportation and exclusion matters, and the applications for relief that may be available in removal proceedings. We have successfully obtained green card status for many foreign nationals under the cancellation of removal process that requires as a prerequisite at least 10 years of continuous physical presence in the United States. We have also been able to obtain favorable treatment for clients based on the recently announced prosecutorial discretion program.
