The USCIS has confirmed that a recent error has affected potential H-1B registrants ability to complete the H-1B registration process. The USCIS has apologized for this inconvenience and they are working to fix the issue. They have announced the will extend the H-1B registration deadline which was set to expire on March 17, 2023 at noon EST.
USCIS has fixed this technical issue & will now accept registrations until 5:00 pm ET Monday, March 20, 2023. Please note any paid & completed registrations were not affected by this technical issue.
