Automatic Extension of TPS for Beneficiaries from El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua, Sudan, Honduras, an

The USCIS recently published and advance notice of publication providing that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is automatically extending the validity of Temporary Protected Status (TPS)-related documentation for beneficiaries under TPS designations for El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua, Sudan, Honduras, and Nepal through October 4, 2021. The notice was published in the Federal Register on December 9, 2020.
