USCIS Extends Flexibility for Responding to Agency Requests until 3/26/22

We wanted to remind our clients and followers that USCIS announced that, in response to the ongoing COVID pandemic, it extended the flexibilities it announced on March 30, 2020, for responding to certain agency requests. This flexibility applies if the issuance date listed on the request, notice, or decision is between March 1, 2020, and March 26, 2022, inclusive.
